Is ryze freelo again?

well, i honestly don't see a reason to pick ryze over or , not to mention ...

His values are a little bit less than what he was when he was a top pick. 55/75/95/115/135 vs 60/85/110/135/160 so I wouldn't say free-lo. He definitely isn't as weak as he was last patch. 40/60/80/100/120 were his values and he didn't have any lane pressure because you could afford to take a few Qs to the face when facing him. I dunno if he's actually balanced though and that's why he is next in line for a rework. It's more about the nature of his kit. It's all binary so as is, it's all about getting his numbers in a healthy spot.

Long story short: he's better than he was last patch; he's not as strong as he was in season 4; rework coming at some point.

I have professor ryze but i never play him simply because he isnt fun TBH
