Why the WW Nerfs Are Irrelevant

1.) He is strong because of his utility not his damage.

Thornmail? Good luck beating WW if you're AD.

Spirit Visage? Good luck beating WW if you're AP.

Botrk? Good luck beating WW if you're a tank.

Wits End? Good luck beating WW in general.

Between his R and E, good luck getting away. Especially if he has BOTRK active or a Frozen Mallet passive. Like seriously. Good luck. CC him ten times back to back and you're still getting your face munched. Even if he has to run under all 5 towers.

2.) He has more than enough to sustain to survive in the jungle(making him very strong).

Before the cost changes I'd run mana pots and give blue away to my mid laner or support.

His sustain/clear is based of his AAs with an occasional Q to keep a bit healthier for ganks.

You might have to play a little more safer when it comes to AFK farming early on due to the nerf to his W but I actually support backing sooner to get your Devourers faster/stronger first gank.

3.) The W attack speed steroid was far too strong with certain items. any other AS item.

One item + W = max attack speed/near max atk spd. With the BOTRK %current health damage or the Wits Ends magic damage/MR reduction having max attack speed was BROOOOOOOOOOOOTAL.

Come like level 8 I could kill camps so fast that I could carry games while I'm not even playing. Attack camp. Kill camp. Rinse and Repeat. Run into lane, R. Get kills. Go back to jacking off instead of playing.

If Warwick gets to push a turret with champs that are already naturally strong at destroying them it's gone. Nothing you can do. It's gone. Yes, I mean you

The only thing I think that can be changed here is to give it a lower cool down to compensate for the change. I could usually clear 2 camps with it but now I feel like I'll be able to clear a camp and then have too much downtime on my ability. I'll find out when I play him.

I don't know if I would consider myself a WW main, but I'm pretty sure he was my most played ranked champion and I for one welcome these nerfs so that I can go back to destroying faces because he won't be insta banned every game or picked by somebody who can press buttons.
