Is like a J4 ult on an 8 second cooldown that can't be escaped from with mobility spells. Zones off an area way bigger than Viktor's W. Almost guaranteed to trap someone inside of it if you don't try to catch them on the edge.
But Veigar can't catch someone at max range instantly with the very farthest tip of it, so lets keep pretending like Veigar's E is useless.

and items lwhich give tenacity or quicksilver....
Completly overpowered... at least against Bronze and Silver (Yes you, i can google and if you play ranked then i can assume how you play), since they are too stupid to buy defensive items and dodge thing.... Everyone who has a decent understanding of the champions in lol know that Veigar lacks many thing, he is in NO WAY reliable right know.
You should first look into Veigar and his playstyle before saying he is ok right know.
Treeofwar1 votesthe thing is in laneing phase if you opponent has any speed what so ever his E is super hard to hit and then what is he going to do throw out his W which they can avoid really easily then his Q is now a skill shot so just stand next to 2 minons now he has an ult that does damage but if you fight a zed or talon then you lose 100%

Veigar is pretty useless right now, you can easily pubstomb against weak player (everything under platinum is, from my experience weak, with a few exceptions of course, like in every elo).
So yes, its weak, you can buy items against it, play characters which made this skill completly useless ,
etc., dodge it (something you should learn)
Jeah, he isnt nearly as reliable as Viktor, doenst have Glorious Evolution or a slowfield, which is reliable.
Veigar is far to easy counterable, but he himself cant counter anybody if the enemy is able to paly decent, since the delay prevents big plays. Veigar is also completly gone from any professional scene in lol, and not for no reason, his delay is killing him there literally.
