Ping check before a match (Suggestion)

We need something in the client that will (at least before a ranked match) check your ping. If your ping > 500 (I would argue even >300) you don't get to play ranked until you fix your shitty connection! Why should the rest of your team have to suffer, because you cant afford decent internet? I've played 3 games today where someone on my team gives first blood, says "lag" and pings that they have 1300, 500, and 800 ping (taken from each game) if your ping spikes, whatever, it happens. If your ping RESTS at 500+ don't play ranked / Rito please create a system to prohibit ranked play from said people.
