Nobody is going to surrender in ranked

Stop issuing surrender votes during any close or behind game. It is ranked, if there is even a 1% chance of saving LP/Promos people are going to try. Nobody is going to vote yes. Making that loss assured is pointless, this isn't normals. Most of all it is just tilting and discouraging.

Last ranked game we were massively behind. Our mid kept spamming negative chat and surrender votes. Literally tried to surrender 3 seconds before we aced the enemy team and won.
