Like Really what are those Leona Damage Nerf? I don't Care if she gets Utility, I just want to be able to DEFEND MY ADC or Kill the enemie ADC. Stop Nerfing her considerably low damage output. Meanwhile Buff Lulu Mid and NErf LuLu Support. You guys just buffed her Mid AGAIN, just after you nerfed her support.
Loko3 votesSo you've read the PBE update for Leona, Lulu, Sona. Leona's change in a conditional buff. The W has much higher damage if basic attacks are used successively. The utility gained from the passive makes the changes an overall buff.
Without basic attack after abilities (Not uncluding Q) the damage is slightly less. It does not take much for the bonus damage and utility to make Leonas all in potential stronger after this patch. Take a quick read over the PBE notes again and you'll see that this is indeed a Buff.

Sona just got her poke nerfed and her heal was destroyed. They gave her more internal CDR so she can spam her even shittier spells all day now. Except for E, which was a well deserved buff.

Im still traumatised by the current 1% increase per level on her E

Her CC was improved on Q, so defending the ADC is taken care of. The damage was shifted to the shield passive and utility on her actual passive. Damage wise, I'd say it's fairly neutral (maybe a slight buff) in lane. Likely a nerf to damage in team fights though.
