Take a gander at what she does in lane. Your going to notice one of two things.

Demolishing the lane opponent.
Feeding the lane opponent.

It is very rare to see something in between these two options, and as such there needs to be changes.

I think what OP is pointing out is that she is already considered a sub par Master Yi, and the way the post was worded made it sound like they were going to nerf her harder then Zed Talon or anyone else, Made worse because the Rioter didn't reply to any points about her in the thread last i saw, so it's a bit worrisome.

Fiora, Akali and Talon are due for reworks because they are feast or famine champions.

That being said, Riots words are worrysome because it sounded like they wanted to nerf them

They were hinting at the gameplay update for her not talking about nerfs. Did you see that early kit she got? It looked friggin awesome. Basically her ult went from it's current iteration into "Fiora plays URF mode for several seconds."
