cause not moving while you cast w, feels like it fits only to tank fiora playstyle. Fiora really not a tank play style at the moment so....
Fiora is all about movement speed, and killing their enimies slowly with poke and finally when they are around half destroy them with ult.
A w that you can cast while moving would feel so great.
