Hire someone who will take over Riot Lyte job that actually get the work done please.

I will get a lot of down vote and flame but I'll say it I'm really glad Lyte is gone, he held a high paying position that in my opinion he did not even deserve.

-Promise a tribunal which took 2 years to work on but came out with this robot automatic suspend system.People who says the game got less toxic in my opinion is wrong he just replace the report system with a robot that does the job for them. People who verbal abuse has a way higher chance of getting suspended or ban then Intentional feed/afk on purpose.<<< If it took him 2 year's to make this robot system then dear hell you wasted your money on a PhD student. This system will automatically ban you if you get enough report even if you are defending yourself from some one who is verbal.

-Promise that this year 2 times he said it they would release SoloQ. To the people who defend him saying there were more people who worked on Dynamic and he doesn't have the only say in it is wrong in my opinion, he is the LEAD person on this system which is practically the leader Lyte worked on it and after 4 month after it's release and promise Solo Q in those 4 month 2 times he comes out and says he does not have anything to do with the Dynamic system any more even though he was the lead person. Yes every one has a say on the project but he is the LEAD person who automatically thinks that dynamic duo makes the game less toxic.

AFK/NEVER CONNECT IN RANK. <<<< This is what I'm really piss off about the most of all his promise If I recall he said he would work on a system that stops the game or lost is forgiven to players where they get afk or a person who never even connect at the start of the game. It's been over 5 YEARS since this game has came out and still we have a rank system where if a person doesn't even connect it still count as a lost. (Yes I know they are working on it and it's almost out but really? over 5 YEARS it took them to make this and Lyte just left so pretty much he never even finish on it at all).

Match making is a joke you can play normal and get 3 plat or even a diamond vsing players who never even reach level 30 yet.<Riot seem to dodge this question when people ask why this happens.

Makes fake statistic about how much the game is un toxic and that everyone actually likes Dynamic Q more then Solo Q, When asked about where does he get these statistic and for him to prove it he always ignore the question or change the subject.

He did do something at least which was made a system where if players were good they get a ribbon LOL which was never really a award to anyone until hextec, but before hextec the part that piss me off about Lyte was that he was about to take away players Season rank reward if they were ever suspended once. No if he want's to make a system where people get reward for being good then good for him but do not take other players season reward when it has nothing to do with toxic, it's just a way for him to be lazy and not make a real reward system for players (Thank god people made a uproar about this so he had to change his mind).

I really don't think he actually accomplish anything at all in the 5 years that he worked at Riot. Report system is a robot that doesn't really review anything but the verbal words and the report counts.

The only project that I see him even finish was Robot report system which took him 2 years, Dynamic duo which most of the player base hates and hextec. Other then that all the other promises he said he would work on never even got accomplished. You guy's can defend Lyte in the comment but to me he didn't really change league at all over the 5 years but held a high position with a high pay for something that really didn't even need a person to hire for if this was all he did in 5 years which seem like a waste of money.

If people want to defend him then please tell me what he actually accomplished while he worked at riot for 5 years.
