HappyHappy231 votesits commonplace for certain champs to be outdated design wise. That's how a competitive game works
you can look at it this way - designers and developers learn more about their own game every year so they implement what they learn in their new projects. Therefore, older projects are more outdated, or not as fluent, compared to the newer ones
LVL 5 PORO1 votesYeah, nothing wrong with that. But there's a difference between dated and sub-optimal. If a champ is outdated of course it deserves a rework but a lot of people seem to think if something isnt OP, insanely broken, or not viable in the current meta it needs to be completely redone. This is the wrong way to look at it.
