Buff the Poaching knife

It doesn't work.

I would suggest that you start by making it at least do exactly what the trailblazer does against the enemy jungle and then add some more to it, but the simple fact is that the poaching knife is broken and bad and needs to be fixed.

Oh, I will add that with the Smite having two charges, it is possible to smite everything in the opposing jungle while clearing it out and getting every smite buff with a duration (which is awesome!), but that still isn't impressive enough to warrant it.

I tried out a build that left my jungle sword at tier 2 so that I could swap it out on demand, but it wasn't impressive enough. Even when you have the ability to swap trailblazer for poacher, clear out the opposing jungle, and then swap back out, you still feel like you could have done better with the upgraded trailblazer and some other stuff.
