In a recent Ama on reddit.com, when asked about the state of MF, and his opinion on MF Forg1ven replied with "Who?". The point here is that Mf is not viable, and is in the needs work tier like Varus and Ashe to be viable again.

At this link: http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/04/red-post-collection-58-patch-not-this.html they talk about the Jinx nerf and afterwards they talk about a slow motion field script Riot thought was cool. My thought was since Mf's R is called Bullet Time, Why not add the slow motion field script to it? Make MF able to move while firing R but because of the slow motion field MF and everyone within 1500 of her are moving at a slow rate and projectiles are moving at a slow rate too.

As Far a Qol buffs everyone would like: Make it Rain to apply Impure shots stacks. For Strut to only be broken by hits from Champs, Jungle mobs, and Super minions.
