Will we have Urgot in time for Worlds?

Since Eve's update is coming post-Worlds, and we can assume there will be at least 1 new champion between Urgot and Eve, is it possible that Urgot's VGU will hit live before Worlds? This was what I felt was a mistake, or at least kind of sad, with Yorick since he was disabled during Worlds last year due to his release timing. It would be a strong draw for an updated Urgot for him to show up at Worlds and possibly be a top contender, in a non-obscenely busted manner.
