Is riot trying to make targon's mandatory on ADCs?
Riot just buffed the healing on it and now ADCs get 3 gold every time they trade with the other team. Why should an ADC start doran's at all anymore?

Meepian1 votesTargon's is supposed to be a melee device, and the interaction with it's special is unpredictable with Ranged attacks.
Linna Excel1 votesIn theory that is the case, but high elo ADCs have been abusing it and the pros were getting it all the time. Even Phreak admitted on his youtube channel that there isn't a case where he wouldn't get the item on an ADC.
