What would happen if lethality stacked like in the first seasons?
In the first seasons, iirc penetration was applied in this order: First: armor shred Second: flat armor penetration (past name for lethality) Last: % armor penetration
This meant that building Lethality into Last Whisper was very inefficient.
Now, my question: what would happen if it simply went back to working like that? That is to say, what would happen if building Last Whisper effectively gave almost no additional armor penetration whenever you also have 2 Lethality items?
