Why is Precision Cunning Magic gets nerf and Lethality gets buff?
Precision (Cunning Tier 5) Effect lowered: LIVE: Lethality: 1.7/3.4/5.1/6.8/8.5 Magic Pen: Flat: 0.6/1.2/1.8/2.4/3 Per Level: 0.06/0.12/0.18/0.24/0.3 PBE: Lethality: 1.2/2.4/3.6/4.8/6 Magic Pen: Flat: 0.3/0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5 Per Level: 0.05/0.10/0.15/0.2/0.25
Why the heck does Lethality who just got buffed and is super strong right now is getting buff while Magic pen the most starving stats to get is getting nerf? You guys don't watch the changes in the meta? Look at Quinn and Talon and Zed Winrate you guys think that your soo called Lethality buff was to help Ad Assassins? and you guys are buffing overtuning ADC right now + Lethality? Mages will do no damage and will soon be a dead class and then you guys will start panicking not knowing what you guys did wrong.
Oh and don't forget the 
Spam on ADC's. Malzahar support was fine and you guys nerfed it.
