Make Fiora scale with Crit as well as AD

I know a lot of people just want nerfs, and that's entirely fair given how disgusting she is right now, but then you're just going to end up with her being either imbalanced or useless.

The problem Fiora has right now is that she scales linearly off of a single stat, so there's nothing to stop her from building tanky. This is generally true of most bruisers, who's damage scales off of flat ad or maybe ad/as, but Fiora has %hp true damage. %hp true damage needs to be balanced by the champion in question being easy to kill. Garen is the exception because his is only to one predefined target some of the time.

If we adjusted Fiora's AD ratio on her passive but made the passive also scale with crit chance, we'd force her to build crit items in order to do the same levels of damage she does with just flat AD now, which would mean that she'd have fewer slots for tank items and would need to get her tank items later in the game if she wanted to do damage. Fiora's fine as long as she has to rely on her kit's built-in defensive mechanisms to survive. Once she starts building tanky, that reliance completely vanishes.

Force Fiora to build more aggressively, and she'll basically be fixed. As long as she's squishy, the answer to her becomes "just kill her", and that's totally fine.
