Does Illaoi really need those total ad ratios on her tentacles?

passive: 10 - 180 (+120 / 130 / 140 / 150 / 160% AD) q passive: tentacle dmg BONUS DAMAGE: 0 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40% AD

Right now Illaoi deals too much damage with her tentacles in every phase of the game, even if she just buys only 2 ad items and the rest full tank. Many people might say that you can destroy tentacles so they wont hurt you, but since her ult makes them untargetable and swing faster she will always get you with her tentacles.

Why dont change the total ad into bonus with some small adjustments, so she will have some risk if she buys ad.

Her soul stealing skill completely removes people from team fights, if they stay the extra tentacles just rip people and if you leave it's 4v5.

My biggest problem with her mechanics are that her abilities are very low cost for how spammable they are. Her Test of Spirit is 35 mana at rank 1, meaning that any punishment for missing it is only tied into its 20 second cooldown. This means 3 times per minute she has the opportunity to force you out of lane to deal with your 'test', as you'll overwhelm yourself by trying to fight her.

Additionally, I feel that she does a little too much all at once. You have to dodge several tentacles laying down a decent sized line aoe that'll heal her, you need to fight her to ensure your spirit doesn't get killed (Which as melee is a death sentence) and you need to make sure that you play perfectly or she'll sustain back up.

because literally all she has is damage and zoning potential

Not like she has a fallback plan if she can't do her damage
