I thought the true damage of ignite somehow made it immune, but no dice

Not like it would matter much, tho. Since ignite is instant, you have to be really good at prediction to block it. Maybe happens once in a lifetime.

No, it doesn't? The purpose of true damage is that it can't be reduced by any means (resistances or damage reduction effects).

What parry does is not reducing its damage, but preventing the application of the spell in the first place. It is basically a spellshield effect. For example, Darius' ult deals true damage as well, but can still be blocked by Sivirs E. That's just how spellshields work, no need to reduce something that doesn't hit you.

^ This. People think Parry is something unique and special all to itself. In reality, it's a delayed spell shield. Her HP bar even turns purple like with Banshee's and Sivir's/Nocturne's shields if I'm not mistaken.

Probably that wasn't clear, I never said her parry reduces the damage..

My point being said is that why should she be an acceptation to blocking summoner spells, Sivir can't do it nor Nocturne.

Except spell shields DONT block ignite. Infact nothin in the game blocks ignite except fiora's parry. Back when i saw fiora alot, her blocking summoners happened 2-3 times per game. Its not rare by any means but it is bull shit

Fiora W blocks all summoners applied to her; if you try to exaust her during her W, it won't apply.

I don't understand why it does though. It happens more than people thing but for champions that have a hard time setting up a Stun (Ekko) she is OP against as you can see it coming.
