I have been trying this, and it seems pretty good.

Heimer is a master of shoving wave, and setting up camp at enemy tower, until it is gone.

When using Ravenous Hunter (bottom left Domination tree) I am always full health.

After using it for a while, I can't go back to other secondary runes, because I'm so used to ignoring poke, and healing it right back.

Why I ask don't more people use this on mages in general?

I always use it on all my mages and ap assassins, i love it honestly that why i was sad when they moved the ult hunter/hat to be in same line,cause i used to take both together.

Boi. Use that with overheal on Xerath and you'll have a perma shield while laughing at enemies as you poke them to death. :V
