Definitely seems like an improvement. They aren't particularly in a good spot right now, any shift of power that fits better in the meta or has strengths in other items is bound to at least slightly improve winrate (unless something goes awry).

it will take away some of the "feast or famine" from their kit making it easier to balence around in future patches, weather they become op or not next patch remains to be seen bit it opens riots option to buff/nurf them without breaking or gutting them

yeah, we need more champs to end up like Renekton Kayle Twitch Velkoz Fiddlesticks and Singed where buffing/nerfing them even a little ruins their balance
