Mercy makes it work in Overwatch, but that's a different game from League. Still, for peace of mind, I'd like to know whether or not Riot has ever considered a Champion who can revive an ally who has been killed.
Note for this topic,** Yorick and Zilean do not count**. This ult needs to work AFTER your ally is dead, not be placed on them just before they die.

And if there was a version that could be done after they died, wouldn't all the other versions just be obsolete? Overwatch and LOL are very different games with different paces.

The reason its not "op" and is just strong is because they are revived exaclty where they died, exactly 2 seconds after they died.
Unless this is a channel (which it would then be pretty useless) it completely takes away those conditions and therefore is op

The same way a Shield is generally better than a Heal for game-health purposes, an ult like Zilean is better than a true Revive.

Taking note on the Mercy thing, Overwatch is a much faster paced game, even the respawns and time it takes to get back in the fight and such, so while Mercy has sick capacity for comebacks with her ult, it isn't exactly the same as in League.

The Deckowner1 votesThe ability to revive a killed ally is retarded without any price, it basically means the enemy wasted all their cd and anything gained by the temmate's death is free.
