I get that Rengar feels awful to play right now, but.......

These PBE changes are a little much. And all the complaints will get shut down by Rengar mains who will pull the "muh shit rework" card for sympathy.

I don't disagree with the idea of changing Rengar to feel more rewarding to play. I just think the proposed changes are way too much when damage is already at an all-time high. It almost feels like Riot's solution to the ADC problem is to make their counters (assassins) even more OP. And when people start complaining about assassins, they'll buff tanks to be even more OP than assassins are. Then they'll buff ADCs more when people start complaining about tanks, and the cycle will just continue forever.
