he's been using rageblade and onhit effects for the last year+, where have you been at?
i posted a link to what everyone is building on him currently, it's not botrk either
it's another case of rageblade abuse. and with a lulu or janna you can't even return poke on him and he basically has a non pentrating twitch ult on low cooldown
you can play lucian and bug him a little but it just delays his 1v5 potential, you can play cait and beat him early but he way outscales cait

Lulu on the other hand, it's clear that meddler doesn't want to nerf her when her stats are more overbearing than Rengar, but Rengar ends up nerfed first
