Change damage differences between mobile to immobile champions

I looked at the champions that had the highest burst the game at lv 6. If 4 of the top 5 are champions with mobility (Ezreal, Leblanc, Akali, and Ahri) and two of those get their mobility before lvl 6. Now include champs such as Zed who has non targeted mobility compared to Katarina's targeted mobility. I'm not asking for Assassins/Easy Positioning champs to be nerfed just increase the damage/utility standards on immobile champions. (I understand graph is outdated)

There's a conflict between the intent of this graph and how you are interpreting it. The description clearly indicates that the numbers are based on who can kill someone the fastest before they can flash away. The idea of an immobile mage is not synonymous to having large amounts of burst damage- it's to consistently dish out magic damage at various ranges. In that regard, the graph does not capture the idea of cooldowns, range, spell width, utility, and Area of Effect.

tl;dr - comparing Ezreal of all champions as having high burst doesn't make him a good mage.

I get what you are saying however I needed evidence to back up my case. In addition, if you have no mobilty you will ultimately take more damage because you can't get away. Regardless, what do you think about the subject, does there need to be a change.

Ezreal might not be a good mage however he's a fun mage that actually takes a ton of skill.

The real issue lies in junglers and the top lane meta. There's currently too much damage in the game due to popular junglers like Lee Sin, Rengar, and Vi. In the top lane, champions like Jax, Irelia, and Rengar are also strong. Because of this influx of damage, assassins who can bring other champions down quickly are more favored.

The real issue is that ADCs are too squishy, and tank stats aren't effective enough, thus leading to mages being less powerful.

The other problem is this graph assumes 1 second (unless you have a hard cc for that), which makes some champions (Cass, Fiddles, anyone with any form of autoattack enhancer or DoT) have falsely low stats (for example, they list Brand as 628 despite his best case ult already doing 450 base and a rank 3 W doing 206.25; already with two spells he outdamges his listing, and due to how fast his ult bounces against 2 close targets is reasonable).

There are flaws, yes, but this isn't that far from accurate. And yes, immobile champions should be able to do much more damage than mobile ones. IMO none of the top 10 should have any mobility, but I doubt that's ever going to happen.
