Anyone else had lag issues the last couple of days?

Starting on Saturday I went from having lag free games in medium high settings to 8 for games on the same settings. I switched to very low to see if that would help but I'm still running way low fps. I was hoping the release of the new client would help but yet again running low. Anyone have any thoughts on what the problem could be?
