After getting two accounts to lv 20+ then having computer problems and getting banned duo to disconnection issues, I finally am almost level 30. I've decided I want to main mid/jungle, and I know what mid landers I want to play, but not what junglers I'm wanting to main. I've used most junglers by this point and enjoy most of them. But that's where my question comes in. What is the best jungler for lower elos??
The reasoning is that she can either be a damage or a tank threat, has strong ganks at all points in the game, is incredibly strong at counter-ganking, and isn't easy to invade.
There are other champs like that, but I feel like Vi is the easiest to pick up. J4 is solid, but more feast/famine. Xin is also decent, but his ganks are easier to react to and his ult is harder to manage in teamfights. Vi has better base damage than many other junglers, so going tanky isn't a problem.
Depends on what your team needs, if theyre all squishy

are solid choices, if your team has a tank/ decent initiation already though youre probably better off w/ the assassin style, 
is good, if you catch any member that isn't tanky/bruiser alone they are dead. 
can also be a decent choice if your team already has lockdown because he can come in and clean up a teamfight w/ his ult and resets on his q and he shreds through tanks like paper w/ the true damage on his e. But mostly its what you enjoy, I personally have had a lot of success w/ Jungle 
you can build more damage or tankier depending on the situation.
I am a JG Eve main, and I might be picking favorites here, but Eve is a great in low Elo due to her sneaky stealthy passive that makes it easy for ganks. She is squishy but you can build her with some extra HP with items like 
Also, Volibear is a great easy champ to use that is tanky as heck and deals a massive amount of surprise damage so people in low Elo are not prepared to deal with a tank that wont die and surprise (bite) damage. He is also mechanically easy to play so you don't need to worry about making big gameplay mistakes.

I'd say the best 3 junglers for escaping this low elo for me are master yi, because he has so much easy carry potential and great clear, graves same as yi but he has a little more mechanics. Also shaco is good with the bruiser build (you can look it up,) he has great outplay potential with all his abilities. Jungle is definetly the best role for escaping low elo though

Xin. His clear is very forgiving, he does a lot of damage especially early, and he's easy to play
I'd say Elise is a very good champion in the early / mid game but needs some practice on the champion to do good in late game. I don't think reksai is very good but in some situations can be a good bruiser.

Rengar and khazix are the best assassin junglers. Lee sin is an insane early game powerhouse but is terrible late game unless you can land good ults. But my choice for the best champs for low elo are yi graves shaco and for forgot to say xin
I believe in you. The CC can help lanes that lack the CC, plus he is versitile enough to help when behind.
