So I played a game as Vi jungle against a Warwick jungle earlier today. I feel like my jungle patching went ok, but the Warwick kept invading and by mid game I was way under leveled and way under farmed. I play better when I play as Kha'Zix and I think I just had a bad game but what can I do to stay leveled and get farm with the enemy jungler constantly invading?

If he's invading a lot, direct your attention more towards setting up kills from ganks. Vi is a strong ganker, even before 6, and once you get ult you should have at least one guaranteed kill every time you use it. Vi isn't really supposed to farm fast or aggressively (although she can if you build for it I guess), unlike warwick, and you have to play accordingly.
On invades, Try to Ward entrances and ask teammates to help, they might flame but just ignore it, getting help in a team game is not a bad thing and if your jungle you can bet that folks in lane who lose lane are gonna be calling for you to gank. When you see the invade move to camps that are not a risk, counter invade if you know how or its fairly safe moment to do so (you can see all enemy champs on mini/know where they are at. Ganking lanes ruthlessly hard can be a solution but its a risk as for every fail you far further behind in exp and gold.
On mechanics, Looks like your first game as her, take her to bots or practice and get a feel for her damage output and how her early game clears are. Also her Q is a key mechanic, closing the gap to be able to land an R is fine but its much better to land the damage from Q get the cc from then use R to chase if they have mobility or flash up. Next up is learning how to use E to reset her auto attacks to trigger her W, preferably after landing her Q.
On items, Others who main her will hopefully offer more in-depth advice here for you, I have not played her much in current meta so I am gonna bow out on this section, thou I would recommend picking up some items for survivability because her kit brings her to the fight.
