Hyper carry adc's aren't op, lane bullies are just bad.

The amount of Vayne /Jinx QQ threads is immense. But maybe they aren't actually op, maybe there is just no champion to punish their early weaknesses. Let's look at some of the traditional lane bully adc's.

Lucian : nerfed to the point where he gets bullied by hyper carries. What he needs is his passive to be buffed to 40/45/50 instead of 30/40/50.

Graves : ok lane bully, the meta of tanks isn't very good for him. He doesn't need buffs.

Draven : good lane bully, super high skill cap means only the best of the best can play him well. No buffs needed.

Caitlyn : she literally does not do enough damage. Her toothpicks auto attacks do awful damage until 6 items and her q does awful damage unless it is a direct hit. Just buff her base ad.

Ezreal : not a good lane bully anymore, godlike mid game. That is fine but the others should be buffed.

Corki : same as ez

Varus : not even an ADC anymore

Twitch : lol

MissFortune : who is this?

Quinn : more bugs than a kha zix in a strip club.

Kalista : lane bully/hypercarry/kangaroo hybrid. Op.

As you can see, only ONE lane bully is competetivley viable (and it's for her mobility, not her lane bullying). Can we get some buffs for these guys please?

hypercarry adc are just as bad. the concept of winning a game by stalling enough is retarded. and jinx is a lane bully and a hypercarry adc.

there are only 2 or 3 adc viable at any giving time, because they all do the same thing, and you pick the adc that has the best combination of lane dominance/safety and lategame damage in any given meta.

the class is broken as a whole and needs fixes beyond item changes or cycling through the adc with buffs and nerfs.

they need to redefine the role of ranged ad in the game so the game isnt centered around them anymore, and they have more options than going into 1 single lane and only play against other adc. the more potential matchups they have outside of other adc, the more variety would there be in adc picks.

but that would also require changing them in a way, where a team has an equal chance of winning without an adc, as a team with an adc.

Jinx isnt a lane bully if you have an all in support and an adc who can actually follow up to deal the damage needed. A leona who knows how to play leona and a corki who knows how to play corki will shit on jinx because every time leona lands her all in jinx loses over half of her health as long as corki properly follows up and positions for the all in.

ok, no. in that case jix wont bully you with the machine gun. she will just sit back at max range and farm with rockets.

And be oom before she has enough gold for vamp scepter if she does. Fishbones costs 20 mana per aa. She starts with 246 mana increasing by 32(+2) per level. Of which if she sits back against lets say a cait who outranges her even with fishbones until rank 3 q (rank two its even) but jinxs aa speed is the lowest in the game(as far as adcs go) without items or pow-pows passive. Which means even after she out ranges cait by 25 range at the earliest being level 5 cait/leona can just zone her depending on jinxs support. Trust me I main jinx and kalista. You have to outclass the enemy bot lane or pick them as a counter pick to bully with jinx or kali. But yes if you have a good jinx with a good naut/thresh/blitz then you will bully the lane because it guatantees your flame chompers will land.

honestly graves kalista and ez are the only ones here i see marginal play from the rest are practically non exitent in my games, tho mf has been picking up lately but thats probly just her slight rework the bilge event etc
