Just ONE thing to make this game a better place

Dragon's Rage: COOLDOWN: 90 / 75 / 60 --> 120 / 90 / 60

Nothing is more frustrating than being ganked by lee sin, being killed with the help of his ult, respawning and going back to lane, to be ganked immediately again with his ult up again. Does riot even begin to understand how strong of a ganking tool his ult really is? I mean come on! It's not like his ganks are weak w/o his ult anyway.

most lee sin's i've met have runes with 10 % cdr + 10 % cdr from Caulfield's Warhammer putting his ult at level 6 a roughly 70 sec cd.
