The champions kit is so overloaded its stupid..
Unfun to play against.. unfun just in general.. can you increase his shield respawn time.. or have it based of AP so he just has a little one unless he wants to buy AP
or something.. this champ is a cancer and needs to be knee capped.
I will agree that having the outplay potential against a champion boil down to them making a mistake rather than you doing the outplaying is pretty unsatisfying, this coming from someone who plays people like Taric and Shen who are all about punishing poor positioning.

you want to talk about an overloaded kit, that's unfun to play against, and doesn't feel in the least like an "outplay" when she does well (and by do well i mean 'exist') vs you or your team, she is the epitome of that.
riot may as well have just given her free dashes and a spammable insta-kill button
Jungler does red buff goes to his llane lvl 2. gets flash..........mid wins lane....... whats broken? whats overloaded?
I used to not think he was that bad. He had clear counterplay as long as you played a safe distance and dodged his tornado.
Now he just jumps on you level 2 and the chances of your survival depend if the jgler is nearby.
