Then she either need to get bully early game (even with good player) or have a problem catching up when fall behind (not vina happen with her).

should "1v3" champs even be a thing? I think that's one of the issues with balance in this game is there are champions where the only counterplay is to 1v3+ them, and that just doesn't really seem reasonable no matter how you look at it. Irelia atleast has an abysmally weak early game tho.
