It's been losing popularity for a while over other boots and because of this other boots have gotten nerf. People are still building other boots for ADC's maybe the grieves are the ones that need the tweaking? It doesn't do anything besides increase atk speed everything else adds something else to it.

No, Berserker greaves doesnt need to be touched what really needs to be done is the following.
-Remove 
because its a retarded scummy mobility item too many 'PARTICULAR' champions like to abuse, especially in the support lane such as 
to play retarded mobility gap closer EZ harasser.
-Buff 
to replace Boots of mobility as the typical 'fast moving mobile boots' by namely 'upping' the resistance to slow greatly (45%~55% maybe?) and maybe add 5 base move speed just to make it a viable pick vs. all the other typical boots grabs.
Result: The retarded number of picks of blitzcrank, thresh and similar supports should go down and counterplay gets actually established once again and it becomes alot 'easier' to not deal with them being hyper mobile harass or letting champions like 
that soon as they get 'strong' they just exploit to reposition so easily that they can chase you down once you think you are safe but instead they just 'circled around' in the jungle with EZ to surprise you in a bush infront of you.

as one of the knifes they normally use and not because some 'player' likes to use the item over the other 2 knives which are for ganking/fights. P.S. 
doesn't count because he literally screws things like 'damage' and basically turns into a jungling 'support' with items just to make him beefie and active items to assist team mates then gank opponents.
If you can't even name any legit champions who use any of those 3 items then the ones i listed, then you should get my point on how insanely 'limited on being used' or not 'used at all that much' for any champion beyond the ones that i just mentioned.

RainbowIcee1 votesYou seem to have passionate hate for I personally disagree though. They're very useful on many supports that need to get by the map faster and ward aswell as junglers. It might be a disease to those already mobile but it's actually quite an even more blessing to those that are immobile. And i was arguing for Berserkers because even adc's aren't using them much anymore. I see adc's more often build

at times to combat ashe. The thing is that was Berserker gives isn't unique at all, and ADC's already gain the ATK speed from other items in their build anyways so why not take something more unique as boot effects.
