Should Tryndamere's mocking shout reduce attack damage?

Currently it reduces attack damage from 20-80 regardless of your facing, and movement speed by 30-60% if you are facing away from Tryndamere.

How about if instead it buffed the movement speed of allies near Tryndamere (not including himself) by 10-30%, and reduced movement speed of enemies facing away from Tryndamere by 30-60%.
