Exhaust on Junglers?
What's your take on it? Would Exhaust-Smite Volibear be effective?

Some jungler she like Shyvana and Shaco do it on occasions, usually has to do with the mobility if the champion can do well without flash.
i know people take exhaust on shyvana, but i don'y know too much about volibear. Try it out in a game or two and see if it works.
you need to have a built in escape to not run flash or ghost. voli imo isn't mobile enough.
