As it turns out, hybrid penetration marks on nasus are very good!

With hybrid pen marks on, as strange as it sounds, I have been the lane bully even on nasus while maintaining good stacks. By the time level 6 rolls around you can usually 1v1 the enemy laner under tower and get out 1 to 1. If they get close to their wave you out trade them with ease. Try these marks out!

I prefer pure AP runes and not buying Q until level 10, but I'll keep this in mind. There may come a time when I want to play Nasus the "right" way, and this'll be good knowledge to have when that day comes. :)

I typically just take Armor Pen marks.

While it means I lose out on a bit of damage amplification on my E and ultimate, he primarily deals physical damage due to Q, Sheen, and the AD from his ultimate.
