Boring. Aatrox is a character in his lore that inspired bloodlust and a turning of the tides. It could be argued that a portion of the healing you do being given to your allies remedies that. But honestly? Sion's old ult was terrible design. It was a MASSIVE statboost that made him unable to be 1v1ed, even when Ignited. The only counterplay was to run from him and wait out all twenty seconds of it.
