Olaf and Shyvana are on the list for the next "juggernaut" update.
Scion does not need any work as he is fine where he is.
As for Poppy and Yorick: Poppy is getting reworked right now so not sure if they are going to lump her into Juggernauts or not. As for Yorick, we have been "told" that he is getting work done on him. Just do not expect an update for another 3 years, just like the last time they said they were "working" on him, then just said fuck it and stopped without even a word to the community.
