I just need some clarification. What constitutes an Instant AOE? (How is different from Multi-Hit?) Was the summoned minons part added specifically for Azir? Does it apply to pets of Malzahar, Shaco, Yorick, Heimerdinger, Leblanc, Wukong, Annie, Mordekaiser, Elise, Zyra, Lulu, Maokai? And do all the summoned minons apply Rylai's slow on AA?
Pretty much every abillity that can hit multiple targets and isn't a dot is considered AOE(only spell i'm not sure of is Sonas Q) As for minions, it depends on each single minion wether or not they apply spell effects, Heimers Towers for example only proc them on the laser, but not the normal hits, malzahars doesn't use them at all and Zyras plants use on-spell on theri AAs(pretty sure they count as DoT for Rylais as they deal consistent damage over time)
Sooo, like my thread asked about the same item... tdoes this effect Heimerdinger's normal turret bullets now or is it still just the charged blast?
