Zac has a free free zhonya hourglass + GA at level 1
Passive + allies 
How can anyone think that a passive like this combined with a 4 sec invincibility is balanced at level 1?

It can be smited like a wet bag of trash,it is easy to kill on earlier levels by a single person.
Zac early game is easily kill able in his passive form. Wether or not a player will tp is in return wasting a valuable skirmish and is slightly behind causing a possible lead by the opposing laner.
Getting really tired of "Champion's passive is a free item, plz nerf!"
Which can be applied to almost literally every champion?
I wouldn't compare it to a GA or Zhonya's since you are unlikely to respawn with a decent amount of health, and it will cost your teammate's TP to save you.
