Revert the leash limits

why do you need to prevent jungle kiting to the extent that you do ATM? the champions that need to kite have slower clears than the ones who dont. is there really an invested need in taking champions that have slow early clears and flat out making them unplayable in the role?

Thairn1 votesThey don't like the leash before because those champions came out of the jungle with full health. They could add a ranged only passive to reduce monster damage to them by 15% or something, and then a lot more ranged characters would survive the jungle. Having only melee champions in the jungle is a bit stale.
maikokk1 votesthe first time the leash limit was nerfed, i was on board. 5 is fine. as it is now, it seems best to stand in one spot when you clear (as any champion) because minions run into each other and soft reset themselves without you even being out of range. if that happens on a buff minion you basically have to B for attempting to avoid a couple of hits and having it run into its underlings and nope out.
Thairn1 votesExactly! Ranged characters can't take the damage that the jungle puts out.
So, the Machete should reduce the ammount of damage ranged characters take in the jungle so they end up with about the same percent of health that the melee characters end up with.
