She's still playable, and can win. Granted she probably needs compensation in places due to rylai's nerfs.

playable yes but nowhere near where she should be, she NEEDS extra damage to minions again, even if it's not 50%, i'd be happy with 30% but that buff is the only thing that got Taliyah out of her 34% winrate stage, at the very least we need to reset her W and not have vector casting because it's such an awkward skillshot now, i push the enemy the wrong way half the time and it's super annoying

I would like it if they added a extra 10% to minions at rank one, 20% to minions at rank two, and so forth. It would fix the problems they had with her before, and possibly have buffs to her e.

i'm fine with her E damage being the same i just want the waveclear back, people are stupid and i hate it, i make a thread about taliyahs Q scaling again like you said and people downvote because they act like i want a broken ass champion and they treat taliyah as if she was the yasuo of back then

people don't understand it's what she needs and that change is literally nerfing 34% winrate taliyah
