When is it best to buy PD Vs SS Vs RH? (ADC specific)

I'm sure it's been asked a thousand times but I never know when is the best time to buy a certain AS item for ADC champions, such as deciding between PD or SS or when would be a good time to buy RH

if you are buying IE you will buy PD or Shiv you buy shiv when your behind so you can stack some gold from avrice you buy pd for singal target dps you buy ruunans when you dont buy crit and go something BT blade ruunans lw.

Personally I go Statikk on champions with no waveclear, like Draven, Vayne Phantom on champions with waveclear like Graves, Sivir, Caitlyn as it gives more mobility, attack speed, and damage

Hurricane only good for on hit builds. aka Varius, kalista, Kayle, teemo

Shiv for wave clear and magic damage

Phantom dancer for highest DPS potential.

Shiv vs PD is really dependent on the situation for most every champ that will get either.

Yeah I really don't see people buy PD now a days, it's usually SS or RH.

Hurricane: Are you kalista? If no, don't get it

Static Shiv: Bursty ADC (Graves, Draven), need for midgame spike in damage

PD:Lategame teamfight focus, Need to bust tanks

SS : Most time. Good stats, nice unique passive (even before and after you complete it), give you one more source of dmg (most ADC do not/have a little magical dmg) which can be critical, cheap price. In 30 minutes from the beginning, you should get a SS. PD : Occasional. It would be better at late game, but in early phase it cannot compare to SS. You can rush for PD if the game pass 28-30 minutes but you still cant get your SS. RH : Seldom. Only need RH on special build for special ADC. Or enemy team have 2-3 squishy-but-dangerous target and your teammates always protect you.
