Riot doesnt like Silences

Riot didn't like silences on mobile/burst assassins (i.e. Leblanc, Kassadin, Talon) since it left little counterplay (can't use Flash or abilities).

They don't have an issue with silences in general.

They forgot about Teemo after giving him his Omega skin and kit touch-up.

but that is what makes him unique think about it if he did not have a blind all he has is a dot which cass, malz, and brand do better. You could say that his shrooms what unique but you can use pinks to get rid of them or sweepers which makes his ult a bit lack luster so the blind is the only thing that makes him any good in the meta.
