My Zilean Rework!

Alright, so the Zilean rework wasn't successful. (Imo, they didn't really make him worse. They just didn't make him better.)

So... I thought of a new Zilean rework idea! It keeps all of his current abilities (except passive R.I.P.), yet gives him some extra bonuses and a really cool late-game fantasy. Oh, and there's a mini-game involved. Sorry if you don't like those, but those are great ways to give boring champions power that isn't too overwhelming.

Passive: Rewind (Originally from W) Every 11/9/7/5/3 seconds (@ levels 1/4/8/12/16), if Zilean casts a non-ultimate spell within one second, refresh the spell's cooldown and enhance its effect.

The visual is a clock that goes around in a circle around Zilean. When it hits 12, Zilean can cast it. With this passive, Zilean can throw a bomb every 3 seconds, run around really fast, or permanently exhaust someone (Gasp! Exhaust?). Really powerful late-game, can be played around and played with.

Q: Time Bomb (Unchanged except if it needs tweaking) Enhanced effect: If Zilean casts a bomb on an already bombed target, stun all the targets within the radius.

I don't really see anything wrong with Zilean's Q. Riot already made it healthier and rewarding, although the damage nerfs at the beginning of the rework were pretty unjustified (They've been buffed now, so yay! :3)

W: Time Freeze (Originally from E) Zilean slows target enemy for 3 seconds a decent amount. Enhanced effect: Reduces target's damage dealt by an amount.

Woah, an exhaust!? This enforces Zilean's theme of stopping assassins. Yes, he will be able to perma-exhaust in the late-game. Of course, it won't be as powerful as an exhaust, but it will give support Zilean extra tools to defend himself and his teammates. It's also partially stolen from his E.

E: Time Warp (Changed a bit) Zilean speeds up target *ally for 3 seconds a decent amount. Enhanced effect: Increase duration by 0/.5/1/2/2.5.

Yeah, it's the other half of Zilean's E. It helps make him and his team speedy, and it will be a little smoother to use with its longer duration.

R: Chronobreak (Unchanged except if it needs tweaking)

Zilean's revive is pretty vital to his identity. There isn't much to change about it. It's pretty decent and makes him more unique.
