AFK Issue in ranked solution?

Have you ever had a game where you get an afker in your team and end up being 4 vs5? Are you Tired of Losing Lp because of Afker? Have it always bother that when you ask the enemie team to report the afker but they actually don't?

Fear Not because I have found a solution!

If there is an afker in your team for more than 10min, your team get a compensation buff making you stronger than usual aswell as gaining more gold per sec. Not only that the Afker will not be able to join the game back and will lose LP instead. Now there it is a reason for the enemie team to report the afker.
