Its really shit to be a tank right now.

It's really shit when you can get outtanked building full defensive by someone with hp and lifesteal. ( item 3071 item 3812 item 3053 )

It's really shit when you can't get tanky due to mixed/true damage and % penetration. (Ahri Amumu Camille Chogath Corki Irelia Darius Fiora Gangplank Velkoz Garen Gnar Jax Olaf Renekton MasterYi Twitch MonkeyKing Yasuo )

It's really shit when you don't have a single good item for laning phase. (...)

Its really shit when you have less hp building defensive items than someone building damage items.( item 3143 item 3022 )

It's really shit when you have so little hp because new defensive items suck. ( item 3194 item 3001 item 3143 item 3068 )

Its really shit to be forced to build a single item in teamfights ( item 3193 ) to remain relevant.

Its really shit being a tank right now, and I can't play anymore. ( Sion )

Just tell me when they decide to start fixing things, because I'm raging now more than ever before. I've had enough yelling, anger and doubt. I won't keep playing this game anymore.

I'm having fun as a tank right now. Playing zac (who has a 40% win ratio right now) & getting a 7 kda every game is awesome. Tho I do get where your coming from. Laning tanks got hit pretty hard by the changes. Hopefully riot addresses sion, cho gath, & others like these.

I think Cho is abusing new Doran's shield for infinite sustain, especially against poke/trade champions. That and Gargoyle Stoneplate amping his ult a ton, I don't think he needs buffs.

I did not say buffs I said addressing. He is pretty strong right now because of those two reasons & that's why he needs to be addressed, not because he's weak.

I was a top tank main and that's why I hate the changes. They took pretty much all tanks out of viability toplane.

When sion, a champion played primarily by mains, can't break a 50% win ratio he is weak. He isn't fun to play anymore, and I can't seem to make him fun.

Zac is pretty fun, but that's because he was designed to work without the items being good. Sion wasn't.

I can't keep playing this game and raging about how much I hate the changes and how much I hate the rioters who made it happen. So I'm going to stop playing, or more likely very sparingly play the game until it's fun again.

Basically, going from what was ~35 games a week to ~5.

I was saying something like that to my friend earlier. Top lane isn't about how tanky you are anymore it's about the bruisers now. The role of tank has more switched to the support/jungle.

That's really shit, considering cinderhulk still sucks and that tanks are relegated to support positions.

Tanks aren't top material anymore sadly but this has always been the case... kind of, Tanks has always seen more success as a support or as a Jungler and this is because Tanks in solo lanes are incredibly uninteractive, they used to tank all your damage and simply sit there and farm and you know how Riot feels about passive laning...

Top is now the territory of slayers and skirmishers... and sejuani?

Sejuani is just op right now. She is a really tanky bruser character who can cc & do a crap ton of dmg.

Sion and poppy (post nerfs) were pretty good at lane interaction, in fact they were made for and are balanced around toplane.

The fact that they can't be played there now is shit.

Poppy is a shit to play against top lane, though. Her range (passive and Q) makes her a bully even when she can't all in and win, and she's got exactly what she needs to dissengage (Q slow, W movespeed + bounce) from a typical bruiser. Q also abuses minion block, making it a million times harder to dodge than normal, combined with a deceptive hitbox.

Poppy and Sion are tank lane bullies that spike mid and more or less fall off late.

But the mid spike doesn't happen anymore, and that's what I played them for. I like the power in lane, then the transition into a team fight boss to eventually fall off a bit but still be useful.

Now it's just: weak early, mediocre mid, weak late.

I've said enough times my opinion of the changes, so now just hoping changes will be done in less than a month.

I'm pretty sure (a good) Poppy does not fall off late in the slightest. Some of the biggest tanks steroids in the game (providing shield is picked up), some of the best peel (W, E, R if needed), incredibly pick potential with E into wall + snapcast R, or if team is close enough, simply a E+snapcast R, and a hugely influential ultimate if used well, as well as %maxhealth damage, decent bases, and low cooldowns (particularly on Q) to still remain a damage threat.

Sion is a lane bully, agreed, although other lane bullies tend to shit on him pretty hard which sucks. Yeah, he falls off late, only being useful if he manages to either land a long range R or a charged Q from Fog of War/brush. Q is just so unreliable come late game, with stuns and stuff stopping it.

Poppy can fall off pretty hard with %bonus pen items.

Maybe in terms off tankiness, but she's still far tankier than many other tanks, and has plenty of utility to still be useful.

Her engage does fall off pretty hard, with her E not having amazing range. If you do manage a E+R though...
