Yeah, but he's still got potential if the other laner isn't great, and his laning is also safer for being ranged.

Bleh, I was salty and wanted to include every ranged top laner which scaled well, even if they are weak (Liss) or actually have a shit early (Vlad). Yeah, he doesn't belong in my list.
