Where people refuse to surrender even when the game is unwinnable and continue to draw the match on for 60 minutes. But then on the flip side want to ffs a very easy win game at 10 minutes cause someone died.

If you can drag out a game for long enough it's possible for either side to win
why would you surrender in any elo below like plat 3?
below that elo the game can be won by either team, no matter how grim it looks. people in those elos dosnt know how to close out a game. even if the game is 0-20 u still have a chance to win just because the enemies dosnt know how to win a game.
its pretty much like that till diamond. Then again you should never surrender in such low ass elos like plat and below because they WILL for a fact make mistakes that you can punish and possibly turn the game. If you couldnt I wouldnt have 90% win rates on the champions I actually know how to play. Low elo has no idea how to punish mistakes and will be very easy to catch out if you are half decent.
please never say 'X' is the worst elo until you reach plat :P as someone who has seen all from bronze 5 to mid diamond players in my games across my league career... holy crap plat players are on a different level of unpleasant :S
gold elo is best elo though, people are so chill over there it's crazy
