You already have a ranged slow in stalker-smite and you don't need sustain since you go for quick kills, not drawn out fights.
Evelynn's Q also only heals as a multi target spell, so the only move you'll get full healing from is the E which is only used once per skirmish.
I worry Eve's E is going to take a hit losing it's AP scaling in her current all AP build.
Rebonack5 votesEve's E isn't losing any AP scaling. The %HP damage scales with AP. The flat damage scales with total AD.
The additional burst helps her get targets into execute range and the active doesn't pop her W, giving her more room to maneuver.
Gunblade is already one of the most successful items on her, giving her E some AD scaling makes it feel less-bad to buy it.

All that happened on PBE is switching the flat base damage for an total AD scaleing, which means the damage scales better into late, even without putting extra points into it, and that she gets some more benefit from ad wether it's baron buff, janna shield or gunblade. Also, why would you asume everyone goes stalker? The vision from trackers is most of the time more valuable on any jungler, and her dueling with skirmishers + guneblade would be rather stong, so that change mostly makes gunblade a valdit option again and that's it.

I prefer red smite over blue smite. Her charm slow and charm on full duration. Taking less damage and apply true damage on power spike is way better.

Her detection range is less than her projectile q range which is estimated around 800. So lets just say its about 700, for simplicity's sake ( it could be ofc more or less ) . So how do i sneak up on people with this much range? Just for the record cait has a range of 650, so yeah you get the idea.

It used to be 650, but Riot realized that it was just short enough to not give her opponents any time to react to her item actives and her ultimate.
What I do is move around their detection radius until I am positioned in their escape route or in a bush nearby that I know they will go near.
Getting the position is the goal to stealth. You want to seemingly pop out of a "safe" area. This is what makes charm so deadly as it is.
If you just rush them from your tower on any champion, they will always be able to choose to fight or run and most will run because they're like "the heck does this guy want?"

Here are the problem. You cant move around freely when the detection radius is almost the whole lane. As such blocking of their escape their route is difficult if not impossible. Bushes are not always available.

Evelynn, due to... reasons... is not the type of assassin who takes on engages alone, preupdate and current.
Stealth won't allow her base stats to be high enough to Solo what she can with lategame power.
She's team reliant.
The lower elo you are, the harder it is to close out games. The higher Elo you are, the easier it gets.
If you're somewhere in the middle, its kinda like a coin toss if you can get the team that wants to put Eve to work.

Nah she so reliant on her team that just a simple team reliant wont do.

Xurreal1 votesIt depends man. You feel gunblade as weak if its the only item in your inventory, especially if you're not running 8.5 AD/ x /26.5 AP.
But once your build fills in, yes, that item is highly successful for her as its active's damage scales with her AP. It's also an external slow that doesn't purge your Allure's charm so you can "tap" that once its mature.

Her scaling makes that item worth it.
PS. I'd replace Guinsoo's with Trinity Force. Just saying.
That with this build was like the 1st build I got my Eve Penta-kill on.
